Who We Are
Niagara Coatings Services, Inc. is a growing company. Our employees continually research new coating and lining techniques, with diversification into other related fields. We have extensive and ongoing Quality Assurance, Safety and Hazard Communication Programs, which comply with all OSHA training requirements. Staff and Management are continually attending safety and technology seminars as well as hands-on workshops, to assure that we can offer our customers the latest methods in the safest way possible.
Our AMPP Certifications
The SSPC QP Programs (now AMPP QP Programs) cover coatings application in a field and shop setting as well as specialty programs for specialized procedures such as nuclear, metallizing, and polymer coatings.
QP 1 – Field application to complex industrial and marine structures
- The QP 1 accreditation is an internationally recognized program that evaluates the practices of industrial painting contractors in key areas of business related to field coating application.
QP 2 – Field removal of hazardous coatings
- This accreditation is a nationally recognized program that evaluates the capabilities of industrial/marine paint contractors on their ability to safely remove and properly manage hazardous coating material in the field.
QP 3 – Shop painting
- The requirements for QP 3 are similar to those for QP 1, except they are specifically focused on shop coating operations instead of field application.
